Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Public Health, Environmental Health, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in safety management at project sites is a plus.
  • Fast learner, able to work under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Willing to be placed on-site (Bayah) and adapt to field conditions.
  • Possession of Ahli K3 Umum certification or other relevant certifications is a plus.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Field Supervision: Conduct daily safety inspections in the work area: structural erection, welding, MEP installation, equipment commissioning. Ensure workers use PPE appropriate to the risks and work environment (dust, high temperatures, moving equipment).
  • HSE System Implementation: Assist in Toolbox Meetings, Briefings, and Safety Patrols. Distribute and verify Permit to Work documents, especially in active project areas.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Complete daily inspection forms, hazard reports, corrective action summaries, and PTW logbooks. Support internal and external audits (EPC clients, international parties, or ISO).
  • Emergency Response & Training Support: Support emergency simulations: fires, crane evacuations, work injuries. Provide safety inductions to new personnel and vendors before entering the work area.
  • Critical Equipment & Area Monitoring: Supervise lifting areas, vertical installations, high scaffolding, confined spaces, and electrical panels. Ensure all safety equipment: APAR, SCBA, gas detector, fall arrest system, ready to use.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards.
  • Disciplined, communicative, hard-working, with leadership skills, loyalty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
