Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in Oil & Gas, industrial services, construction, or equipment services.
AK3 Umum certification is highly preferred.
Experience in preparing JSA, HIRADC, PTW, and incident reports.
Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs across office, warehouse, workshop, and project sites.
Conduct regular HSE inspections and ensure proper use of PPE.
Identify workplace hazards and perform risk assessments (HIRADC/JSA).
Prepare and manage Permit to Work (PTW) and other safety documentation.
Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, including corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and HSE training.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian K3 regulations and Oil & Gas client standards.
Support internal and external HSE audits.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
