Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience as an HSE Officer.
Mandatory: Valid AK3U (Ahli K3 Umum) certification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Assist in the audit and implementation of HSSE Management Systems, with a primary focus on Risk Management and compliance with internal HSE standards.
Participate in CSMS document assessment, HSE Plan preparation and evaluation, and HSSE audits in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
Develop, update, and maintain Risk Registers through HIRADC evaluations and incident analysis to improve risk control and safe work planning.
Conduct incident and near-miss analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile, verify, and validate key data and evidence required for HSSE audits.
Ensure implementation and compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and standards at the worksite.
Prepare and submit regular HSE reports.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of HSSE Management Systems, CSMS, and Risk Management.
Good knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and experienced in audit documentation and compliance processes.
