Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or facility management industries.
Certified in Occupational Health and Safety (Ahli K3 Umum) or equivalent recognized certification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
Conduct routine safety inspections of hotel facilities, retail outlets, kitchens, storage areas, and public spaces.
Identify potential hazards and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
Conduct and document incident/accident investigations, including root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
Support emergency preparedness programs including evacuation drills, fire safety checks, and first aid readiness.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both management and operational staff.
Proficient in MS Office and capable of preparing detailed HSE reports and documentation.
