Kualifikasi:

Male.
Education Minimum D3.
Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Geothermal.
Must have K3 MIGAS & POP EBTKE.
Will be placed at Pasaman, Sumatera Barat.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure all drilling, workover, well completion, and well servicing operations comply with HSE regulations and company policies.
Conduct daily HSE inspections at drilling sites and report unsafe conditions or unsafe acts.
Assist in the preparation and review of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), and Permit-to-Work (PTW).
Provide HSE induction, toolbox meetings, and safety training for site personnel.
Monitor compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage and safety procedures during operations.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Active in English.
Good interpersonal and communication skill.
Strong knowledge of oil & gas industry safety regulations, drilling safety standards, and international HSE frameworks (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, API Standards).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting systems for HSE.
