Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or in a similar HSE position, preferably within the oil and gas, drilling, offshore, marine, or energy industry.
- Possess a valid Oil and Gas HSE/K3 Migas certification or relevant HSE certification recognized in Indonesia.
- Willing to work in operational, offshore, remote, or project-based environments according to company requirements.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Ensure the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
- Carry out HSE inspections and audits.
- Coordinate incident and accident investigations.
- Provide HSE training and education.
- Ensure compliance regarding the use of PPE and safety equipment.
- Compile and report HSE performance to the company.
- Develop emergency response plans and coordinate emergency responses.
- Monitoring CSMS Implementation.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, for coordination, reporting, meetings, and operational communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, environmental requirements, hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control.
- Able to conduct HSE induction, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and HSE awareness programs.
