Kualifikasi:
- Join HIJAU and play a key role in ensuring safety and sustainability in Solar PV projects.
- Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
- Certified OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum), Plus: Work at Height / Fire Safety / First Aid certification.
- Willing to travel and work on-site.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and implement HSE systems.
- Conduct workplace inspections.
- Identify & assess hazards.
- Ensure compliance with OHS standards.
- Deliver training & safety awareness.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Great attention to detail & communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Knowledge of ISO & Solar Projects is a plus.
- Understand and be able to implement: HIRADC, JSA, Permit to Work, and SOP for Solar Power Plant Installation at height; Internal audit of HSE system & supervision of installation contractor vendor; Principles of net-zero emission, green energy, and ESG compliance; Carbon emission reporting (GHG accounting), energy footprint, and electronic waste management (e-waste).
