Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HSE Officer in Smelter or Heavy Industry projects. Is a must.
- Holding valid HSE certifications (AK3 Umum, SMK3, or equivalent) is preferred.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at the project site.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards.
- Conduct safety inductions, training, and regular safety inspections.
- Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
- Promote safety awareness and culture among all employees.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
