Kualifikasi:
  • HSE Officer (For Project)
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree all Majors.
  • Have AK3 Umum or AK3 Konstruksi certified.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience on Project HSE.
  • Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
  • Willing to be placed in remote area (seaport/ river port).
  • Working Location : OKI, Sumatera Selatan.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Create an K3 work program and plan its implementation.
  • Control of operational activities for Occupational Safety and Health.
  • Ensure the implementation of the SMK3 program and carry out documentation.
  • Create HSE reports and analyze work accident statistical data.
  • Review risk assessments, HIRADC, SOP / SWP and JSA.
  • Conduct HSE outreach and safety communications (safety meetings, HSE signs) to employees.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Have a good knowledge of Project HSE.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to develop and deliver HSE training programs.
  • Able to work in team and individual.
