Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of proven professional experience as an HSE Officer within the Oil & Gas industry, with extensive background in onshore drilling rig operations.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in land rig safety management, heavy drilling rig systems (specifically 1,500 HP or equivalent rigs), and well site safety protocols.
- Certifications: Mandatory valid AK3 Migas (Level Operator or higher) certification issued by official regulatory authorities. Mandatory valid Basic Sea Survival or T-BOSIET (Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) certificate. Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U), H2S Safety Awareness, Rigging & Lifting Inspector, or Well Control Safety certificates are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to be stationed at the project site in Kangean, East Java, for the full 12-month project duration commencing October 2026 under the designated site rotation schedule.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct continuous HSE oversight, safety inspections, and hazard identification across the 1,500 HP rig floor, mud tank systems, wellhead site, camp facilities, and logistics yards.
- Review, verify, and enforce implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and Permit to Work (PTW) for high-risk drilling activities including hot work, pressure testing, heavy lifting, and confined space entry.
- Oversee strict adherence to Well Control HSE protocols, hydrogen sulfide (H2S) safety monitoring, electrical safety, chemical handling, and waste management practices on site.
- Lead daily pre-shift Safety Meetings, Tool Box Talks, Rig Floor Safety Briefings, and blowout emergency response orientation for rig crews and service contractor personnel.
- Manage emergency response preparedness, monitoring life-saving appliances, firefighting equipment, first-aid stations, and evacuation readiness for onshore and island logistics routes.
- Lead initial investigations of rig site incidents, near-misses, and equipment damage, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance metrics, statutory compliance reports, and audit documentations for project leadership and client representatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Onshore drilling rig safety oversight (1,500 HP rig operations), AK3 Migas regulatory compliance, JSA & Work Permit verification, H2S & Well Control safety oversight, incident investigation (RCA), emergency response execution, and technical HSE reporting.
- Soft Skills: Assertive safety leadership, high observational acuity, decisive action during emergencies, strong technical communication, risk-based decision making, and team coordination in remote site environments.
