Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor SHE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with mining regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant SHE legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- Organize and deliver SHE training and awareness programs for all employees and contractors.
- Maintain SHE records, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders as required.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in SHE performance.
- Manage emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
- Oversee environmental monitoring and ensure compliance with environmental permits and standards.
- Conduct monitoring of hazardous waste (B3).
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Having Extensive Knowledge in SMKP Audit.
- Having Extensive Knowledge in Safety Health Environmental Regulation in mining sector.
- Excellence communication skill.
- Fluent in English Language.
- Possess Knowledge of Hazardous Waste (B3) Management.
