Kualifikasi:
- Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), or any relevant major.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HSE, preferably in manufacturing or printing & packaging industry.
- Mandatory Certification: Certified Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) from Kemnaker RI with valid registration in the official Teman K3 system.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, drive, and execute health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs across printing, die-cutting, gluing, and eco-packaging production areas to ensure full compliance with statutory laws and corporate sustainability policies.
- Conduct regular factory safety walkthroughs, machinery risk assessments, and environmental inspections to detect unsafe conditions, ergonomics issues, or chemical handling hazards.
- Develop, evaluate, and update Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRADC) documentation and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for all manufacturing processes.
- Lead preparations for external customer audits and ethical/social compliance audits, including SMETA, BSCI, ESCP, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 frameworks.
- Manage eco-packaging plant environmental monitoring programs, including hazardous waste (Limbah B3) storage, wastewater treatment observation, air quality testing, and waste minimization initiatives.
- Deliver site safety inductions, routine Toolbox Meetings (TBM), chemical safety training, and emergency response briefings for plant operators, technicians, and contractors.
- Investigate any work incidents, near-misses, or environmental non-conformances, identify root causes, implement corrective action plans (CAPA), and submit accurate monthly HSE performance reports to Management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Understand and have knowledge of HSE regulations and ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMETA, BSCI, ESCP & Costumer audits.
- Able to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures.
- Proficient in preparing HSE reports, documentation, and monitoring programs.
- Strong communication, training, and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
