Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and monitor the company's HSE programs.
Represent management in ensuring the implementation of HSE across all work areas.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations (Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia).
Supervise the implementation of HSE and environmental programs with internal teams and contractors.
Conduct regular monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of HSE performance.
Provide guidance and recommendations on HSE matters to management and operational teams.
Promote and strengthen a safety culture within the workplace.
