Kualifikasi:

HSE Officer - Offshore (6 Months Contract).
Bachelor Degree from Any Major.
Minimum 2 years working experience as HSE in oil & gas, have experience involved in Offshore Projects (preferred).
Have a valid AK3 Umum certificate or AK3 Migas.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise the environment of each job/deparment.
Implementation of the HSE Management System in accordance with SMK3 PP 50/2012, Proper, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and applicable environmental regulations.
Assisted in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the HSE program with clients to ensure effective implementation and adherence to the system.
Generated and provided HSE Monthly Reports, facilitating transparent and structured insights into HSE performance.
Managed the socialization and campaigns promoting a positive HSE culture.
Prepared comprehensive daily and monthly HSE reports, encompassing non-conformance and maintenance data, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
Conducted regular Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments (RA), including Level 2 Risk Assessments (L2RA), ensuring proactive risk mitigation strategies.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Able to communicate in english both written and spoken.
Strong leadership & communication skills.
Able to work both individually & team.
SMK3 PP 50/2012, Proper, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and applicable environmental regulations.
Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments (RA), including Level 2 Risk Assessments (L2RA), ensuring proactive risk mitigation strategies.
