Kualifikasi:
- Placement: Cikarang
- Employement: 3 months contract.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in construction, civil engineering, industrial, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower. Additional certifications such as Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid, Scaffolding Inspector, Working at Height, or Internal Auditor ISO 45001 are an advantage.
- Experienced in conducting site inspections, safety patrols, HSE audits, safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and behavioral safety observations.
- Subject "HSE_Domicile".

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in accordance with company policies, Indonesian regulations, and client requirements.
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety patrols, HSE audits, and compliance monitoring to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform hazard identification, risk assessments, and recommend effective control measures for construction activities.
- Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and HSE awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
- Monitor Permit to Work implementation and ensure compliance with safe work procedures for high-risk activities.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts, prepare investigation reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, incident logs, training records, and monthly HSE performance reports.
- Coordinate with project management, contractors, and clients to ensure continuous compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, fire prevention programs, evacuation drills, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health regulations, SMK3 implementation, construction safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Solid understanding of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), incident investigation, emergency response, and contractor safety management.
- Able to prepare HSE reports, inspection findings, incident reports, corrective action plans, and safety performance statistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
