Kualifikasi:

Bachelor Degree from discipline related to position applied.
At least 5 (five) years’ experiences related position, preferably in operation and maintenance support service projects in energy and utilities sectors.
Have K3 certificate.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Maintain, update, and evaluate all health, safety, and environment related records and documentation to provide feedback on the effectiveness of the health, safety, and environment management system manuals and procedures.
Provide effective communication to companies and other liaison professionals from regulators, local authorities to ensure companies comply with health, safety and environmental standards.
Prepare and implement health, safety and environmental programs in accordance with company plans and strategies.
Conduct and evaluate health, safety and environmental training and induction, continuously promote health, safety and environmental awareness to all employees.
Conduct and evaluate health, safety and environmental practices, regulations, audits, assessments, inspections and incident/accident investigations for prevention and mitigation systems and continuous improvement.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good technical skills related to positions and having license would be advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal and influence skill, teamwork, adaptive and able to work under tight schedule.
Understand safety and potential hazards on the job site.
Have good computer and administrative skills.
