Kualifikasi:

This position will be placed in Cikande, Kab. Serang - Banten.
Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE operations within the food & beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
Possess valid General Occupational Health & Safety (AK3U) certification from the Ministry of Manpower.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s HSE Management System.
Conduct daily HSE inspections in production, warehouse, and utility areas to ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards.
Support hazard identification, risk assessment, and the development of corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain records and prepare reports related to safety performance, incidents, and near-misses.
Provide support during internal and external audits (ISO, HACCP, GMP, government inspections).

Harus punya keterampilan:

Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 22000, 45001) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000) related to workplace safety and hygiene.
Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data reporting tools).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in monitoring HSE performance.
