Kualifikasi:

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Paramedic Science, Emergency Medical Services, or related medical field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a paramedic or medical staff in construction, heavy industry, oil & gas, or large project environments.
Must hold valid medical licenses and certifications.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Provide first aid, primary medical treatment, and emergency medical response to injured or ill personnel at the construction site.
Maintain and ensure readiness of medical equipment, clinic facilities, and emergency kits.
Conduct routine health checks, including monitoring workforce health conditions in high-risk work environments.
Support HSE programs such as: Health promotion and safety campaigns, PPE compliance (hygiene and illness prevention), Fatigue and heat stress management.
Assist in developing medical emergency response plans in coordination with HSE leadership.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Familiar with Indonesian occupational health regulations and on-site emergency procedures.
Knowledge of HSE practices and compliance related to workplace medical support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle workers in distress.
