Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (HSE/K3), Civil Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HSE, HSE Admin, Project HSE, or similar role is preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant HSE education and strong motivation are welcome to apply.
General Occupational Safety Awareness Training (K3 Awareness).
Willing to be placed at the project site in Bedugul, Tabanan – Bali.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Monitor and support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards by Contractors on the project site.
Conduct routine HSE inspections and identify potential hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
Coordinate with the CM team, Contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.
Assist in promoting a safe working environment and ensure HSE procedures are consistently implemented.
Support project administration, including document control, correspondence, project reports, shop drawings, and filing.
Coordinate administrative matters between the CM team, the Owner, and Contractors.
Perform other HSE and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Familiar with HSE regulations, site safety practices, and project documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and possess good communication and coordination skills.
