Kualifikasi:
- Experience in manufacturing & building materials is preferred.
- Education Minimum D3/S1 in K3 Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Have a General K3 Expert Certificate – Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the implementation of the K3 System.
- Prepare and conduct emergency simulations (fire, chemical spills) and Maintain the readiness of emergency facilities.
- Conduct Occupational Health & Disease Monitoring.
- Ensure waste management & Monitor dust/heat emissions and manage environmental complaints.
- Conduct HSE reporting and Documentation.
- Conduct K3 education & culture campaigns.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Understand Hazard Identification (HIRADC), JSA, machine safety inspection; Safe work permit system (hot work, confined space); Handling and reporting of B3 and non-B3 waste; Internal audit, K3 training, and emergency drill; Work accident reporting system (LTI, near miss, unsafe act).
- Able to educate workers with a communicative approach.
