Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of HSE experience in manufacturing.
  • Certified in HSE, ISO, or OHSAS.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Monitor daily operations for HSE compliance.
  • Conduct inspections, risk assessments & lead toolbox meetings.
  • Investigate incidents & recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate on safety improvements & liaise with stakeholders.
  • Maintain records of safety inspections & training.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Skills Comprehensive understanding of occupational health and safety regulations. Competency in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and workplace safety inspections. Experience in leading toolbox talks, safety briefings, and employee safety training sessions. Familiarity with safety management systems (SMS) and compliance auditing processes. Ability to prepare and maintain accurate HSE documentation and records.
  • Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Leadership qualities with the ability to influence safety culture across all levels. Problem-solving and decision-making skills under time-sensitive situations. High attention to detail, organization, and accountability. Business-level English proficiency.
