Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years HSE experience, preferably in Construction, Mining, oil & gas or high-risk sectors.
- Certified Ahli K3 Umum & other relevant safety qualifications.
- Willingness to relocate as needed.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field inspections, identify hazards & ensure corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes & apply preventive measures.
- Provide HSE training to employees, contractors & stakeholders.
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes & apply preventive measures.
- Manage HSE documentation & performance metrics.
- Foster a positive safety culture through cross-departmental collaboration.
- Stay abreast of safety tech & regulatory updates.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Proficient in English Written & Spoken is a must.
- Strong grasp of local & international HSE regulations.
- Excellent communication, reporting & problem-solving abilities.
