Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Support the implementation and monitoring of QHSE policies and food safety procedures across catering and food service operations.
Ensure all meals meet nutritional standards, hygiene requirements, and client specifications.
Conduct routine inspections of food handling, storage, preparation, and serving areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Assist in the development and monitoring of HACCP plans, ISO 22000 procedures, and nutrition-related documentation.
Participate in incident investigations and audits, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare QHSE and nutrition compliance reports for management and clients.
Provide QHSE and food safety training/awareness sessions to kitchen staff and food handlers.
Support menu planning and food preparation by ensuring balanced nutrition, dietary restrictions, and health standards are consistently met.
Promote a strong food safety, hygiene, and health culture across all operations.
Report directly to the QHSE Supervisor/Manager regarding compliance, improvements, and issues.

Hard Skills:
Strong competence in food hygiene, nutrition assessment, and sanitation control.
Ability to conduct risk assessments, HACCP studies, and workplace inspections.
Knowledge of dietary requirements, nutritional balance, and menu planning in line with QHSE standards.
Skilled in incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions related to food safety and nutrition.
Proficiency in preparing QHSE reports and documentation.

Strong communication skills to liaise with kitchen staff, management, and clients.
