Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Marine/Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in marine/port safety, shipping, or HSE Marine role.
Experience in vessel inspection, jetty operations, or transshipment is preferred.
Certifications such as BST, DPA, ISPS, or Ahli K3 Umum will be an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure marine operations (tug & barge, jetty, port activities) comply with ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISPS Code and company standards.
Conduct vessel & port safety inspections (LSA, FFA, documentation, certificates).
Lead and support emergency drills (oil spill response, fire, abandon ship).
Monitor, report, and follow up HSE performance related to marine activities.
Support continuous improvement in marine safety & compliance at the port area.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of marine operational risks, offshore logistics, vessel operations, and port safety procedures. Competence in risk assessment, hazard identification, and control measures for marine and offshore activities. Ability to lead emergency response, evacuation drills, firefighting, and oil spill response. Skilled in incident investigation, reporting, and corrective action planning. Knowledge of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, confined space entry, lifting operations, and cargo handling safety. Ability to develop and implement OHS procedures and marine safety policies. Strong knowledge of marine safety regulations (ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL).
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to manage HSE teams and coordinate with vessel crews. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with port authorities, contractors, and clients. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure. High level of discipline, adaptability, and commitment to promoting a safety-first culture.
