Kualifikasi:
  • Having AK3 Umum and POP Certificates.
  • Min. 5 years experience working in HSE dept.
  • Education min. D3/S1 all major.
  • Honest, discipline, able to work under pressure.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Daily Operations Supervision: Conduct routine inspections of transshipment activities such as floating cranes, coal/mineral cargo transfers, and work safety on board. Supervise the use of PPE, communication systems, and shipping safety protocols.
  • HSE System Implementation: Implement SOPs and HSE management systems based on ISO 45001, ISM Code, and national regulations. Prepare HIRADC for STS operations, refueling at sea, height work and confined spaces.
  • Incident Investigation & Follow-up: Lead investigations of work accidents or spills at sea. Prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Training & Education: Provide briefings and safety training to ship crews, crane operators, and land teams. Organize emergency simulations such as fires at sea, medical evacuations, coal/fuel spills.
  • Audit & Compliance: Prepare and assist internal and external audits (ISM, ISO, regulators of Ministry of Transportation/ESDM/KLHK). Ensure all vessels and operations have complete and up-to-date HSE documents.
  • Cross-Site Coordination: Supervise HSE activities at several transshipment locations throughout Indonesia. Report HSE activities to the HSE Manager and support central operational policies.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Able to compile & supervise: HIRADC maritime, SOP HSE on ships and barges, PTW forms, safe transshipment procedures. Crew and logistics crew training. Incident reporting and ISM or Port State Control audits.
  • Have good leadership skills and can lead a team.
  • Cross-functional communication (logistics, captain, crew, ground team).
