Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of dedicated field experience as an HSE Specialist, HSE Engineer, or Senior Safety Officer in high-rise building construction, industrial facilities, or heavy MEP infrastructure projects.
Having experiences in similar industries (Data Center construction, critical infrastructure, telecommunications, or high-tech facilities) would be a plus.
Proven expertise in analyzing complex construction risk profiles, high-voltage MEP installation risks, and crane/rigging lifting plans.
Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI is required. Ahli K3 Konstruksi (Madya / Muda) certification issued by LPJK / Kemnaker RI is highly desirable. ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certification is a distinct advantage. Certified specialized training in Work at Height (TKBT/TKPK), Electrical Safety (K3 Listrik), Heavy Lifting Safety, or First Aid is a strong plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead, enforce, and monitor daily Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance across all phases of Data Center structural construction, heavy mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP) fit-outs, generator setup, and commissioning.
Review, approve, and audit high-risk Work Permits (PTW), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) files specifically tailored for high-voltage electrical works, heavy equipment lifting, confined spaces, and working at height.
Oversee contractor safety compliance using Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS), verifying that all site sub-contractors, equipment operators, and specialized technicians adhere strictly to project safety mandates.
Conduct rigorous daily site safety walks, safety observations, and equipment pre-operational inspections, ensuring immediate mitigation of identified physical or process hazards.
Formulate, execute, and evaluate project Emergency Response Plans (ERP), life safety systems, fire prevention protocols, chemical spill containment, and site evacuation drills tailored to mission-critical facility construction.
Lead workplace incident, near-miss, and critical hazard investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, driving the implementation and verification of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Conduct mandatory daily Tool-Box Talks, safety inductions for specialized critical environment personnel, and continuous technical K3 training sessions.
Compile, analyze, and submit weekly and monthly HSE progress reports, safety KPI statistics, environmental monitoring data, and statutory compliance documentation to corporate management and client representatives.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Hard Skills: Data center & critical facility construction HSE supervision, high-voltage MEP safety oversight, HIRADC & JSA auditing, high-risk Permit to Work governance, CSMS contractor evaluation, incident investigation (RCA), ISO 45001/14001 audit preparation, and technical English HSE reporting.
Soft Skills: Assertive field leadership, high observational precision, crisis response command, clear technical communication, cross-departmental coordination, problem-solving under tight construction deadlines, and uncompromising safety discipline.
