- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HSE (construction/project-based).
- Certifications (Preferred): AK3U / equivalent HSE certification.
- Additional HSE or ISO certifications are a plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure implementation of HSE policies & procedures on site.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Lead toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and HSE campaigns.
- Handle incident investigations & corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe project execution.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA). Safety audit & reporting. Strong understanding of HSE regulations & safety management systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Communication & leadership. Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
