Kualifikasi:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Biology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE in the forestry, environmental conservation, or ecosystem restoration sectors.
- General OHS Expert certification from the Ministry of Manpower (required).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Identify potential hazards and develop effective HSE plans.
- Implement and monitor environmental and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare routine HSE reports.
- Facilitate HSE training and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- HSE Technical: Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis, emergency response planning.
- Environment & Conservation: Understanding of waste management, soil and water conservation, biodiversity, and environmentally friendly practices in restoration areas.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, effective communication, the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, and adaptability to field conditions.
