Kualifikasi:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or equivalent (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Teknik Keselamatan dan Proteksi Kebakaran, Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat).
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the same position is required for this position.
  • Have required formal training and or certifications in the following systems and standards.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • At VinFast, an HSE Specialist helps keep our workplace safe, healthy, and eco-friendly. They make sure safety rules are followed, check for risks, train employees, and ensure we meet all health, safety, and environmental standards. Their goal is to protect people and the planet while supporting smooth and safe operations.
  • HSE System Implementation: Develop and implement HSE management system according to international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Adjust the company's SOP and HSE policy to local regulations in Vietnam and ASEAN region.
  • Risk Evaluation & Field Inspection: Conduct safety risk assessment for the entire process: assembly, battery pack, painting, test drive. Conduct regular inspection and make improvement recommendations.
  • Hazardous Material Management: Supervise the storage, use, and transportation of chemicals and EV batteries. Prepare HAZMAT protocols, SDS, and emergency response training.
  • Safety Training & Campaign: Design and conduct special OHS training for: Battery technicians, Robotic operators, Cleanroom or high voltage workers. Develop a sustainable safety culture.
  • Reporting & Audit: Prepare monthly/quarterly HSE reports for management and regulators. Assisting external audits from certification bodies, global clients, and Vietnamese regulators.
  • Emergency Response and Investigation: Prepare and implement emergency response plans (evacuation, fire, work accidents). Conduct incident investigations, RCA, and corrective action plans.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Skilled in drafting and developing Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing safety programs and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in: HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Handling of automotive factory hazardous waste, Emergency response procedures for battery fires or electrical incidents, Digital HSE KPI reporting and monitoring system.
  • Non-Technical Competencies: Fluent in English (spoken & written) → mandatory for cross-border communication. Thorough, analytical, proactive. Able to adapt to Southeast Asian work culture and global standards.
