Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Possesses experience in hospital min. 1 year occupational health and safety (OHS).
  • Has experience in participating in disaster response simulations.
  • Has experience in hospital accreditation processes.
  • Preferably holds a hospital OHS certification.
  • Experienced in conducting training, socialization, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs in hospitals.
  • Experienced in developing and implementing Occupational Health and Safety Committee (K3RS) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Implement and monitor hospital HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
  • Conduct daily rounds/inspections in hospital areas (wards, ICUs, operating theaters, laboratories, and utility areas).
  • Ensure proper management of medical waste, hazardous chemicals, and radiation sources.
  • Support and supervise infection prevention and control (IPC) measures in coordination with the Infection Control Team.
  • Organize and participate in emergency drills (fire, earthquake, patient evacuation, mass casualty response).
  • Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and occupational illnesses, ensuring corrective actions are followed up.
  • Provide safety training, induction, and toolbox talks to hospital staff, contractors, and new employees.
  • Maintain and update HSE records, reports, and documentation required for regulatory and accreditation purposes (e.g., JCI audits).
  • Collaborate with hospital management to ensure continuous improvement in patient, staff, and visitor safety.
  • Act as a role model in promoting a culture of safety, hygiene, and environmental responsibility within the hospital.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of hospital safety protocols, including fire safety, electrical safety, radiation safety, hazardous waste management, and infection prevention. Ability to conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits within healthcare environments. Familiarity with emergency response procedures in a hospital setting (fire drills, patient evacuation, disaster management). Understanding of biological, chemical, and radiation hazards specific to hospitals. Competence in preparing and maintaining HSE reports, policies, and compliance documentation.
  • Soft Skills: Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospital environment. Proactive and assertive in promoting a safety-first culture. Good teamwork and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital units (medical, nursing, engineering, housekeeping, etc.). Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in emergency or high-risk situations.
