Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum education S1 majoring in Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
  • Have minimum 1 year experience.
  • Have an active general K3 expert certification (a plus).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Collaborate with superiors to plan, coordinate and implement effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the HSE program runs and create evidence of its implementation.
  • Create HSE reports and analyze HSE performance data in the company (HSE statistical data).
  • Create and analyze HIRADC.
  • Conduct socialization related to HSE and Safety communication to employees.
  • Reporting related to the results of B3 waste to external and internal parties.
  • Monitor and calculate WWTP operational costs.
  • Ensure that all divisions/departments have appropriate personal safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, PPE and others.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations related to accidents that occur in coordination with assisting in HSE tasks.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Have good communication skills and team work.
  • Understanding related to safety, occupational health and environmental control.
  • Understand ISO 9001, ISO 45001, SMK3, ISO 18001, and applicable state laws related to health, safety and the environment.
  • Understand regulations related to SMK3.
  • Understand and be able to calculate the WWTP work system and B3 waste treatment.
  • Have the skills/ability for first aid in the event of a work accident.
