Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they hold the required professional safety certification and demonstrate strong knowledge of workplace safety principles.
- Must be located in or willing to be stationed at project sites in Batam, Riau Islands.
- Certifications: Must hold a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum / AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI. Construction Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Konstruksi) or Scaffolding Safety Inspector certification is a beneficial advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily site safety inspections, walk-throughs, and hazard surveillance across building construction sites, architectural project areas, and interior fit-out locations.
- Prepare, review, and maintain Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRADC / IBPRP) documentation and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for construction, structural, electrical, and interior finishing activities.
- Verify, issue, and audit Work Permits (PTW) for high-risk construction tasks, including working at height, scaffolding assembly, electrical wiring, hot work, and chemical painting/finishing.
- Deliver interactive daily Safety Talks (Tool-Box Talks) and conduct formal Safety Inductions for new construction workers, architectural subcontractors, and interior fit-out technicians.
- Monitor the proper selection, distribution, maintenance, and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate for construction and interior decoration work.
- Conduct initial inspections of scaffolding, ladders, electrical power tools, fire extinguishers (APAR), and first aid kits to guarantee operational safety across all working zones.
- Assist in initial workplace accident, near-miss, or property damage investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), documenting findings and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Compile, maintain, and submit daily safety inspection logs, hazard observation reports, and monthly HSE statistics using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.

- Soft Skills: Clear and assertive communication, proactive hazard identification, strong organizational ability, firmness in enforcing safety rules, adaptability, teamwork, and high professional integrity.
- Hard Skills: Building construction HSE inspection, HIRADC/IBPRP development, JSA verification, Work Permit (PTW) auditing, Safety Induction & Safety Talk delivery, scaffolding & power tool safety inspection, incident reporting (RCA), and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
