Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), preferably in the pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing, or process industry.
- Preferred Certifications and Training: Valid General Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) Certificate. Chemical Occupational Health & Safety Training. ISO 45001 Internal Auditor Training. ISO 14001 Internal Auditor Training. ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Training. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) Training. Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Training. Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis Training. Emergency Response Team (ERT) Training. Basic Fire Fighting Training. First Aid (P3K) Training. Hazardous Waste (B3) Management Training is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs in accordance with company policies, Indonesian regulations, and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, GMP requirements, and company HSE procedures.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, hazard identification, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and risk assessments to identify and control workplace hazards.
- Monitor safe handling, storage, transportation, and disposal of hazardous chemicals and hazardous waste (B3).
- Conduct Safety Induction, Toolbox Meetings, HSE awareness campaigns, and emergency response training for employees and contractors.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, prepare investigation reports, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, incident reports, regulatory reports, and management system documentation.
