Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.
- Having experience in the HSE field, preferably in construction, EPC, industrial, mining, smelter, or project environments.
- Must hold a valid General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum/K3U) certification.
- Additional certifications such as Junior Construction Safety Expert, SMK3 Auditor, Intermediate Incident Investigation, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 will be considered an advantage.
- Willing to be placed at jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan (roster system).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Job Responsibilities: HSE System Staff is responsible for supporting the implementation of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) programs and ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations and company standards across project activities. The role includes conducting routine safety talks, analyzing data from high-risk work areas and providing recommendations on safe work procedures and PPE usage, conducting inductions for new workers, validating equipment commissioning data and coordinating with the designated PIC, preparing HSES documentation for audits and reporting purposes, communicating updates to HSES documents with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting effective HSES communication through meetings, training sessions, and safety promotion activities
- Supervise and conduct workplace observations to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) standards.
- Monitor and oversee the commissioning of heavy equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
- Provide first aid and respond effectively to workplace emergency situations.
- Support HSES communication and awareness through safety meetings, training sessions, safety campaigns, and related initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of HSES documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Good communication skills with experience conducting safety meetings, training sessions, and awareness programs.
- Able to work well in a team and escalate field issues when necessary.
