Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially D3 OHS graduates who already hold a valid General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum/AK3U) certification.
- Additional certifications such as Ahli Muda K3 Konstruksi, Scaffolding Inspector, or Gas Detector Assessor will be an advantage.
- Experience in smelter, manufacturing, mining, EPC, power plant, maritime, or oil & gas industries is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan, under a roster-based work system.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and conduct workplace observations to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) standards.
- Monitor and oversee the commissioning of heavy equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
- Provide first aid and respond effectively to workplace emergency situations.
- Support HSES communication and awareness through safety meetings, training sessions, safety campaigns, and related initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health regulations, SMK3, hazard identification, HIRADC/JSA, Permit to Work (PTW), incident investigation, emergency response, and environmental management.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and industrial safety management systems is an advantage.
- Able to prepare HSE documentation, inspection reports, safety observations, and incident reports accurately.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, communication, teamwork, adaptability, discipline, integrity, and attention to detail.
