Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management within the Oil & Gas, EPC, Offshore, Construction, Commissioning, Petrochemical, or Industrial sectors, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
- Proven experience leading HSE teams during large-scale EPC Construction, Commissioning, Logistics, or Brownfield/Greenfield projects.
- Possess a valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI). Additional certifications such as AK3 Migas, NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor, ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, H2S, Incident Investigation, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, Scaffolding Inspector, Rigging & Lifting, Fire Fighting, Emergency Response, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
- Extensive experience implementing HSE Management Systems, HIRADC, HIRA, JSA/JSEA, Permit to Work (PTW), SIMOPS, Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), Emergency Response Planning, Environmental Management, and Incident Investigation.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities for the Quality, HSE & Logistics function throughout the Construction and Commissioning phases of the project.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve project HSE strategies, policies, procedures, and objectives in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and Indonesian regulations.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable HSE legislation, SMK3 requirements, client specifications, and international Oil & Gas industry best practices.
- Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and technical guidance to HSE Engineers, HSE Supervisors, Safety Officers, Environmental personnel, and contractors.
- Review and approve HIRADC, Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements, Emergency Response Plans, and Permit to Work documentation.
- Monitor high-risk construction and logistics activities, including heavy lifting, transportation, confined space entry, working at height, hot work, excavation, pressure testing, and commissioning operations.
- Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, establish corrective and preventive actions, and ensure effective implementation.
- Monitor HSE performance indicators, prepare executive reports, analyze trends, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, emergency response drills, crisis management activities, and liaison with external emergency authorities.
- Support internal, client, and regulatory HSE audits while ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve Zero Accident, Zero Environmental Incident, and operational excellence objectives.

Emergency Response Planning and Crisis Management. Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis. Environmental compliance and hazardous waste management. Internal auditing, compliance monitoring, and HSE performance analysis. Development of HSE procedures, policies, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement programs.
