Kualifikasi:
- Indonesian citizens only.
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HSE, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role within Oil & Gas, EPC, petrochemical, refinery, or heavy industrial projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) or AK3 Migas certification.
- Additional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 45001 Lead/Internal Auditor, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, Incident Investigation, HAZOP, H2S, or Emergency Response will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the implementation of HSE Management Systems across all project activities in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE strategies, objectives, procedures, and performance programs.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations, international standards, client specifications, and project contractual requirements.
- Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Monitor HSE performance indicators, analyze trends, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure effective corrective action implementation.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to HSE personnel and project teams.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, emergency response drills, and crisis management activities.
- Promote a strong safety culture through continuous training, awareness campaigns, toolbox meetings, and leadership engagement.
- Prepare periodic HSE reports and present performance updates to project management and clients.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations, international safety standards, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3, CSMS, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and risk management.
- Excellent technical knowledge relevant to HSE management in Oil & Gas and EPC projects.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
