Kualifikasi:

Male or Female, with a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Nursing, Emergency Medical Services, or equivalent Health Sciences.
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience as a Site Paramedic, Emergency Response Team (ERT) Leader, or Health Coordinator within the coal mining or heavy extraction industry.
Active Registration Certificate (Surat Tanda Registrasi - STR) issued by the relevant Indonesian health authority.
Active Hiperkes Certification (Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health) from Kemnaker RI.
Active Advanced Certifications including BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support), ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), or Firefighting & Mine Rescue credentials.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead, organize, and manage the daily operations of the site emergency response team (ERT) and site medical clinic in strict compliance with Kepmen ESDM No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018 and national health regulations.
Formulate, update, and periodically test the site Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP), disaster preparedness protocols, and evacuation procedures across the 1,587-hectare mining concession.
Direct and execute regular mine rescue drills, fire response exercises, and emergency simulation scenarios to ensure 24/7 readiness of all ERT members and equipment.
Provide advanced first aid, emergency medical treatment, stabilization, and medical evacuation (medevac) escort for injured or acutely ill personnel in site operations.
Conduct daily health screenings (fit-to-work checks), fatigue assessments, and routine Medical Check-Up (MCU) tracking for heavy equipment operators and field staff.
Perform routine hygiene, sanitation, and safety inspections of site facilities, including mess halls, catering kitchens, clean water systems, and clinic equipment.
Maintain detailed medical records, inventory of emergency drugs and medical apparatus, track occupational health statistics, and submit regular health and ERT readiness reports to the HSE Manager and Site Management.

Hard Skills: Advanced trauma care and life support, ERT operational coordination, Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP) execution, mine rescue maneuvers, medical triage, site clinic administration, industrial hygiene monitoring, and emergency drill scenarios design.
Soft Skills: High-stress leadership, decisive crisis management, proactive problem-solving, persuasive communication, empathy, team mentorship, and meticulous medical record-keeping.
