Kualifikasi:
  • HSE Superintendent (Code: MMS - HSE).
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the mining industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Superintendent.
  • Occupational Health Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum).
  • Comprehension of surface and underground mining operations.
  • Will be located at Head Office, Jakarta.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Direct, instruct and mentor staff safety and paramedic to ensurethat H&S database is utilised.
  • Ensure all department H&S data is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure Geoscience captures/records and maintains files on site safety data.
  • Work with HSE & Training Dept. staff to develop/revise health and safety training packages and promotional material to support health and safety programs.
  • Conduct annual program reviews to check compliance with management systems.
  • Review site health and safety training plans and take action to ensure that plans are to standard, and are implemented.
  • Recommend and assist site management to identify health and safety-training requirementsand work with Training Dept. to develop training solutions.
  • Ensure KPI's arereported monthly and take action to address areas of nonachievement of KPI's.
  • Coordinate and be involved in internal and external OHS and Environmental Audits. And to develop and review relevant auditing elements as part of internal OHS & Environmental Audits.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Knowledge of vocational health and safety in Exploration & Mining Industry.
  • Strong familiarity with field exploration and drilling activities (surface and underground).
