Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor, HSE Engineer, or equivalent position in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Commissioning, or Industrial Projects.
- Previous experience in Construction & Commissioning projects is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI). Additional certifications such as AK3 Migas, ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor, ISO 14001:2015, NEBOSH IGC, H2S, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, Scaffolding Inspector, Rigging & Lifting, Fire Fighting, First Aid (P3K), or Incident Investigation will be considered an advantage.
- Experienced in implementing HIRA/HIRADC, JSA/JSEA, Permit to Work (PTW), SIMOPS, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response Planning, and Incident Investigation.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full implementation of project HSE requirements during construction and commissioning activities.
- Monitor compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations, client specifications, and project HSE procedures.
- Lead daily safety inspections, safety patrols, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
- Review and approve Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Permit to Work documentation.
- Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, confined space entry, work at height, hot work, excavation, pressure testing, and energization activities.
- Conduct incident investigations, identify root causes, develop corrective actions, and monitor implementation.
- Coordinate emergency response preparedness, drills, and crisis management activities.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to supervisors, contractors, and workers to strengthen safety culture.
- Monitor HSE performance indicators and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
- Coordinate with Construction, Commissioning, QA/QC, Client, and Contractors to ensure all project activities are executed safely and efficiently.
- Support internal and external HSE audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to achieve Zero Accident and environmental compliance objectives.

- Hard Skills: Implementation of HSE Management Systems (SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Construction and commissioning safety management. Risk assessment, HIRADC, JSA/JSEA, and PTW administration. Incident investigation using Root Cause Analysis techniques. Emergency response planning and drill coordination. Safety inspection, safety audit, and compliance monitoring. Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) implementation. Contractor HSE management and performance evaluation. Preparation of HSE statistics, KPI reports, and regulatory documentation.
