Kualifikasi:

Min. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Fire System Engineering, Public Health, or Environmental Techniques.
Min. 3 years experience in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
Have experience working in Mall / High Rise Building / Apartement.
Certified in General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (AK3U) and Fire Safety Manager.
Willing to work in Night shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

HSE Supervision & Implementation: Supervise and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs across the mall premises. Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations and internal standards. Promote a strong safety culture among employees, tenants, and contractors.
Public Safety & Risk Control: Identify potential hazards in public areas, including walkways, children’s play areas, food courts, cinemas, and parking facilities. Ensure safe operation of escalators, elevators, parking systems, and common facilities. Monitor crowd safety during peak hours, weekends, and special events.
Fire Safety & Emergency Preparedness: Oversee fire prevention systems, emergency exits, evacuation routes, and signage. Conduct regular fire drills and emergency response exercises. Act as a key member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
Contractor & Tenant Safety Management: Manage Permit to Work (PTW) for tenant fit-out, renovation, and maintenance activities. Ensure contractors comply with safety procedures and use appropriate PPE. Coordinate safety requirements with tenants and external vendors.
Incident Management & Investigation: Respond promptly to accidents, incidents, and near-misses involving visitors, tenants, or staff. Lead investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain accurate incident and safety performance records.
Environmental & Housekeeping Oversight: Monitor cleanliness, waste management, and environmental conditions within the mall. Support sustainability initiatives and environmentally responsible practices. Ensure proper handling of waste, including food waste and recyclable materials.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for management. Analyze safety trends and recommend improvements to reduce risks and incidents. Support audits and inspections by authorities or corporate management.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical & Operational Skills: Ability to conduct hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRADC/JSA). Skilled in safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Strong knowledge of fire safety, crowd management, and emergency evacuation procedures. Competent in managing contractor and tenant safety compliance. Thorough understanding of statutory requirements related to the Work Safety & Health (WSH) Act and other safety aspects.
Leadership & Communication Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills to guide security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Excellent communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and mall management. Ability to conduct safety briefings, inductions, and emergency drills. Strong team player with the ability to work independently and influence others.
Soft Skills: High level of situational awareness and problem-solving ability. Calm and decisive in emergency situations. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on public safety and comfort.
Administrative & Reporting Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and incident reporting systems. Ability to prepare safety reports, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
