Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Possession of HSE certifications such as General OHS certification, ISO-related certificates, Fire Fighting, First Aid, or other relevant credentials is an advantage.
- Willing to work in plant areas and on shift schedules if required.
- Willing to be placed in the Balaraja Area.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- HSE Program Implementation: Supervise and ensure compliance with company HSE policies, government regulations, and international standards. Monitor daily production activities to ensure safe operations, especially in high-pressure lamination, chemical mixing, machinery operation, and finishing areas. Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety discipline across all departments.
- Risk Identification & Prevention: Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC), and develop mitigation plans. Lead routine site inspections, safety patrols, and housekeeping checks. Monitor air quality, dust control measures, chemical exposure limits, and environmental controls.
- Training & Safety Culture Development: Deliver safety training, toolbox meetings, induction programs, and refresher safety courses. Promote a proactive safety culture by guiding employees, supervisors, and production operators on safe behaviors. Assist in developing HSE communication materials, including posters, safety campaigns, and emergency guides.
- Incident Management: Lead accident/incident investigations and ensure proper reporting and root cause analysis. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor effectiveness. Maintain incident records and safety statistics.
- Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with SMK3, environmental regulations, chemical storage standards, and waste management requirements. Maintain all permits, licenses, and HSE documentation in accordance with legal requirements. Support internal and external HSE audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Emergency Preparedness: Oversee fire safety systems, emergency exits, evacuation plans, and emergency equipment. Organize emergency drills (fire drill, spill drill, earthquake drill) with relevant teams. Coordinate with external agencies when required (fire department, medical facilities).
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work assertively and collaboratively.
