Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SHEQ.
  • Certified in General K3 (AK3 Umum); Lead Auditor ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) and Training of Trainer (TOT) are preferred.
  • Experience in related field is an advantage.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Lead the design and execution of SHEQ policies and systems in line with national regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification across all operational areas.
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
  • Oversee internal and external audits related to SHEQ.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to promote a strong safety and quality culture.
  • Act as the main liaison with regulatory agencies and local authorities (DLH, Disnaker, etc.).
  • Prepare and present regular SHEQ performance reports to top management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Mastering the integrated SHEQ Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001); Port regulations & K3 legislation in the port sector; Handling heavy equipment incidents & container handling activities; Quality audits, field inspections, and reporting to port agencies (Harbour Master, KSOP, DLH).
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and system-oriented; Firm but diplomatic in dealing with operators, vendors, and port authorities; Communicative and able to manage SHEQ teams across shifts and vendors.
