Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3/D4) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 3–7 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor, HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or equivalent position in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Commissioning, Petrochemical, Logistics, or Industrial Projects.
Experience supporting Construction, Commissioning, or Logistics operations is highly preferred.
Possess a valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI). Additional certifications such as AK3 Migas, NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor, ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor, H2S, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, Scaffolding Inspector, Rigging & Lifting, Fire Fighting, First Aid (P3K), Incident Investigation, or other relevant HSE certifications will be considered an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Implement Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and Indonesian regulations.
Conduct routine site safety inspections, safety patrols, and compliance monitoring during construction, logistics, and commissioning activities.
Review Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Permit to Work documentation before work execution.
Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, working at height, confined space entry, hot work, excavation, transportation, warehousing, and commissioning operations.
Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation until completion.
Support incident investigations, identify root causes, prepare reports, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation, inspection reports, incident records, training records, and safety statistics.
Coordinate closely with Construction, Logistics, QA/QC, Commissioning, Client representatives, and Contractors to ensure safe project execution.
Participate in emergency response drills, internal audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving Zero Accident and Zero Environmental Incident objectives.
