Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3/D4) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor, HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or equivalent position in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Commissioning, Petrochemical, Logistics, or Industrial Projects.
- Experience supporting Construction, Commissioning, or Logistics operations is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI). Additional certifications such as AK3 Migas, NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor, ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor, H2S, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, Scaffolding Inspector, Rigging & Lifting, Fire Fighting, First Aid (P3K), Incident Investigation, or other relevant HSE certifications will be considered an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and Indonesian regulations.
- Conduct routine site safety inspections, safety patrols, and compliance monitoring during construction, logistics, and commissioning activities.
- Review Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Permit to Work documentation before work execution.
- Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, working at height, confined space entry, hot work, excavation, transportation, warehousing, and commissioning operations.
- Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation until completion.
- Conduct safety induction programs, toolbox meetings, safety campaigns, and HSE awareness initiatives.
- Support incident investigations, identify root causes, prepare reports, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, inspection reports, incident records, training records, and safety statistics.
- Coordinate closely with Construction, Logistics, QA/QC, Commissioning, Client representatives, and Contractors to ensure safe project execution.
- Participate in emergency response drills, internal audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving Zero Accident and Zero Environmental Incident objectives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Implementation of HSE Management Systems (SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Risk assessment using HIRADC, HIRA, and JSA/JSEA. Permit to Work (PTW) administration and monitoring. Construction and logistics safety supervision. Incident reporting, investigation, and Root Cause Analysis. Safety inspection, safety audit, and compliance verification. Emergency Response preparedness and drill coordination. Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) implementation. Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS). Preparation of HSE reports, KPI monitoring, and safety performance analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and supervisory capability. High level of safety awareness and professional integrity. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong observation and hazard identification ability. Excellent teamwork and coordination skills. Good planning, reporting, and organizational capability. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high safety standards.
