Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Proven professional experience as an HSE Staff or HSE Officer in a manufacturing company, with strong leadership readiness to step into a supervisory role.
Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI is required. Certified Hazardous Waste Manager (Pengelolaan Limbah B3 / PLB3) or Water/Air Pollution Control certification (PPPA/PPPU) is highly desirable. Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor certification for ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or ISO 9001 is a strong advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Responsible as QHSE Management System.
Responsible licence of Company Environment (details of RKL-RPL).
Responsible for implementing amp; monitoring safety environment as per company regulation.
Responsible for Waste reporting of Non B3 and B3.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Hard Skills: QHSE management system supervision, RKL-RPL environmental license management, B3 and non-B3 waste reporting, ISO 45001/14001/9001 internal auditing, HIRADC & JSA preparation, incident investigation (RCA), and regulatory compliance reporting.
Soft Skills: Field safety leadership, strong analytical problem-solving, effective interpersonal communication, high observational precision, operational discipline, and cross-departmental coordination.
