Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HSE position.
- Hold a valid General K3 Certificate (Sertifikat K3 Umum) issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia or an accredited certification body, demonstrating foundational competence in occupational health and safety principles.
- Willing to be placed in Tanjung Uncang - Batam.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and workplace audits.
- Monitor compliance with applicable HSE regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation.
- Conduct HSE induction and safety training.
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture throughout the company.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of HSE regulations and occupational safety standards.
- Able to conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 is an advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
