Kualifikasi:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience as an HSE Supervisor, HSE Coordinator, or Senior HSE Officer in site construction (civil infrastructure, building development, or specialized facility construction).
- Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI or Ahli K3 Konstruksi (Muda/Madya) certification is mandatory. First Aid (P3K) or Fire Fighting (K3 Kebakaran) certification is a strong advantage. Internal Auditor certification for ISO 45001 or SMK3 PP No. 50/2012 is a plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise, execute, and evaluate daily field Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices across active civil infrastructure works, structural building zones, and medical equipment installation areas.
- Review, approve, and enforce Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and high-risk Work Permits (PTW) for heavy lifting, working at height, deep excavation, hot work, and electrical installations.
- Conduct regular site safety audits, mechanical/electrical inspections of construction machinery, scaffoldings, crane lifting gear, personal protective equipment (PPE), and medical facility installation tools.
- Manage sub-contractor and vendor safety compliance through Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS), ensuring all field personnel and equipment operators strictly adhere to site safety protocols.
- Lead workplace incident, near-miss, and structural safety investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques, enforcing the timely execution of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Organize and deliver daily Tool-Box Talks, mandatory site safety inductions for new workers and medical equipment technicians, specialized technical K3 training, and routine emergency response drills.
- Monitor site environmental aspects, including construction waste management, hazardous chemical handling for medical installations, erosion control, and site sanitation.
- Compile, analyze, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site HSE reports, safety performance metrics, hazard observation logs, and statutory compliance documentation to the HSE Manager and Project Management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Construction site HSE supervision, technical HIRADC & JSA enforcement, high-risk Permit to Work auditing, scaffolding & heavy equipment inspection, CSMS contractor oversight, incident investigation (RCA), environmental waste control, and technical HSE site reporting.
- Soft Skills: Assertive supervisory leadership, clear field communication, high observational accuracy, proactive risk management, crisis response command, teamwork, and uncompromising safety discipline.
