Kualifikasi:

Experience min. 3-5 years.
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Biotechnology.
Mandatory Certifications: • Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3U – Indonesia). • ISO 45001:2018 Awareness or Internal Auditor. • ISO 14001 Awareness. • Basic First Aid & Fire Safety.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure strict implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and legal compliance at all levels of operations.
Conduct routine HSE inspections and audits across production, warehouse, utility areas, and administrative zones.
Lead investigation and reporting of workplace accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
Plan and conduct safety training, new employee inductions, and emergency drills (fire, spill, evacuation).
Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, air quality, water usage, and chemical storage.
Maintain updated records of HSE reports, permits, licenses, MSDS, inspection checklists, and internal HSE KPIs.
Collaborate with QA, Production, Engineering, HR, and Facilities teams to integrate HSE practices into daily operations.
Prepare documentation and support external HSE and QMS audits (ISO, BPOM, Ministry of Health, third-party clients).
Ensure availability and functionality of emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, alarm systems, spill kits, etc.).
Oversee adherence to hygiene protocols, gowning procedures, and cleanroom behavior from a safety perspective.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills (Hard Skills): Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety laws, environmental regulations, and medical-grade hygiene protocols. Familiar with ISO 45001 (OHSMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), and ISO 13485 (Medical Device QMS). Capable of performing risk assessments, HIRADC, incident investigations, and root cause analysis. Proficiency in conducting HSE inspections, internal audits, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Understanding of hazardous material handling (chemical/biological waste) and waste segregation procedures (B3 and non-B3). Experience with cleanroom safety practices, PPE protocols, and sterile environments. Ability to develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs for production and support staff.
Soft Skills (Behavioral Competencies): Strong leadership and team management in a multidisciplinary environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees. High attention to detail, disciplined, and well-organized in documentation. Able to respond quickly and decisively to safety incidents or environmental risks. Proactive in fostering a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
