Education:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Engineering, or Hydro Civil Engineering.
Have Certification: Maritime Environmental Management or Marine Pollution Monitoring; ISO 14001 Awareness/Implementer. ADDED VALUE: Oil Spill Response Certification, Marine Waste Management, or DLKr/ DLKp Audit (Port Work Environment and Interest Area); VGP Certificate (Vessel General Permit) or certification related to ballast water, ship waste.
Experience:
Min. 5–7 years of experience in environmental management in maritime areas, port jetties, special mining terminals, and industrial docks.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Marine Quality Monitoring & Evaluation:
Conducting seawater, sedimentation, oil spill sampling, and visual impacts in areas around jetties, stockpiles, and port facilities.
Preparing periodic marine impact evaluation reports.
Transshipment & Ship Activity Supervision:
Supervise loading/unloading activities at jetties, barges, mother ships.
Ensure SOP for ship waste management and spill control are implemented.
Compliance Audit & Reporting:
Conducting internal jetty and port environmental audits (B3 waste, bundwall, fuel tanks, drainage systems).
Supporting periodic reporting to DLH, KSOP, and marine environmental regulators (including SIMPEL).
Marine Incident Management:
Handling oil or chemical spills in jetty or sea areas.
Coordinating oil boom equipment, marine emergency response, and spill control training.
Coordination of Reclamation & Jetty Projects:
Accompany sea reclamation projects, construction of docks or water facilities from an environmental perspective.
Prepare UKL-UPL/AMDAL marine documents and assist in the processing of related permits.
Socialization & Coaching:
Provide briefings on marine safety and preservation to crew, jetty operators, and port subcontractors.
Support CSR programs for coastal environment and mangrove restoration (if relevant).
Harus punya keterampilan:
Able to carry out Seawater Monitoring, Port Logistics Sampling, and Oil Containment Inspection; Coordination of Marine Spill Response Plan (MSRP); Analysis of seawater pollution data, management of liquid and solid waste from ships and jetty activities.
Thorough and communicative, able to bridge environmental teams with port operators and maritime regulators.
Firm in supervising maritime construction work and transshipment activities.
Able to work in rotating shifts and open weather conditions.
