Bachelor’s degree (S1) in:
Occupational Health & Safety (OHS / HSE),
Mining Engineering,
Environmental Engineering,
Mechanical / Industrial Engineering,
or other relevant technical disciplines.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles within:
Coal mining operations,
Integrated energy or heavy industry environments.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor or Senior HSE Officer.
Mandatory certifications:
General OHS Expert (AK3 Umum – Ministry of Manpower),
Certified SMKP Auditor (Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan).
Additional certifications are highly desirable:
POP / POM / POU,
ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer,
Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Supervise and coordinate daily HSE activities across mining, hauling, and coal logistics operations.
Lead and conduct internal SMKP audits in accordance with Indonesian mining safety regulations.
Ensure all operations comply with:
SMKP requirements,
Government mining safety regulations,
Company and client HSE standards.
Identify gaps and non-conformities during audits and operational inspections.
Develop, monitor, and verify implementation of:
Corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
Support preparation for:
External SMKP audits,
Government inspections and regulatory assessments.
Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Coach and mentor HSE Officers and site safety personnel.
Prepare and submit regular HSE and audit reports to management.
Promote continuous improvement and a strong Safety Culture across the group’s operations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong knowledge of:
Indonesian Mining Safety Regulations,
SMKP implementation and auditing requirements,
Good Mining Practice (GMP).
Implementation, monitoring, and auditing of:
SMKP (Mining Safety Management System),
HSE Management Systems across mining and coal logistics operations.
Conducting:
Internal SMKP audits and gap analysis,
Risk assessments (HIRA / HIRADC / IBPR),
Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Supervision of HSE activities in:
Mining operations (OB removal, coal getting),
Hauling and coal transportation,
Stockpile and jetty operations.
Incident and accident investigation, including high-potential incidents.
Environmental management oversight:
Hazardous & non-hazardous waste,
Dust, noise, and water management.
